MuayThai 2 :
Intermediate Course
Duration : 1. Full time = 40 hours (10 days).
2. 6 Days / Week (Sunday’s holiday).
3. Study time 2 sessions :
3.1 Morning Time : 7.00 – 9.00
3.2 Afternoon Time : 15.00 – 17.00

Remark :
You should to warm up before study/training about 15-20 minutes.

Qualifications :
1. For both men and women - no age requirements.
2. Passed MuayThai Level 1(Basic Skills)
3. Healthy.

Objectives :
It is expected that the students will be able :
1. To learn and to understand Thai cultures and customs.
2. To learn and to understand MuayThai history, values and principles.
3. To master intermediate skills of MuayThai,
e.g. guarding, footwork and stepping defense, using various parts of the body as a weapon,
e.g. kicking, kneeing, elbowing, and punching.
4. To appreciate and to have right attitudes on Thai cultures and customs.

Advanced Course
Duration :
1. Full time = 40 hours (10 days).
2. 6 Days / Week (Sunday’s holiday).
3. Study time 2 sessions :
3.1 Morning Time : 7.00 – 9.00
3.2 Afternoon Time : 15.00 – 17.00

INTRODUCTION MuayThai is everything combined into one, as it is a sport, a form of martial skill, a king science and undeniably an art form. It has been handed down through generations for over 2000 years. It has even spread its root to ancient China which eagerly adapted it to their own style and culture. It is a science which could be practiced by the general people. It could introduce them to the world of courage and will to fight. In the old time Thai boxers or those skillful in MuayThai would often be granted a title of noble man. They would be under Tanai Like and directly answerable to the Defense Ministry. They would serve as the King’s bodyguards. MuayThai, the precious cultural heritage of the Thais, has spread its wings to faraway lands. It has been adapted and become the source of innumerable martial arts.
