COMPETITION

Students aiming to compete may do so under full Thai rules and traditions at the parent company Muaythai Institute in Bangkok where weekly Muaythai matches occur.

Why Train Muaythai

To have fun and make Muaythai training a "lifestyle".

To train the body, mind, and spirit.

To truly "train hard" physically and mentally.

To train without ego.

To develop sport specific Muaythai skills, not a combination

of martial arts or 'combatives' but instead pure Muaythai.

To learn Thai traditions and culture.
To develop strong striking and defensive skills.

To train in a focused martial art that trains individuals to develop physical and mental toughness.

To train and appreciate that good finesse and strong spirit outlast and outperform size through hard training.

To develop a "never quit" or "it's never over" attitude as opposed to limiting oneself to finite sets or minutes in training.
