“I will keep going. You may hurt me, you may knock me down. You may injure me, but you will not break my spirit or take my pride. I will get up every time and keep going and coming at you. I will not tire, I will not give up, and no matter what, I will never fail as I will give 150 percent.
My effort, my determination, is rooted in my lineage, in my love for Muaythai, in my respect for my mentors and trainers, all the way back to Thailand and to the revered Nai Khanom Tom. His spirit lives in mine and comes through my determination, though my training, through my will, and through my intention to keep going.
I will honor and respect all those who have led me to this moment and out of that love will come an effort that is never verbalized, never shown with ego or disrespect, but instead my gratitude for those special people and their spirit that has made me who I am and shaped my will into pure determination for my effort is much more than physical, it is spiritual...."
